These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bos010. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform. By using bos010, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and place wagers on bos010.
All games on bos010 are certified provably fair by independent auditors. RNG outcomes are unalterable and independently verified.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited without notice.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on bos010 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversions are applied.
All promotional bonuses are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in forfeiture.

bos010 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any balance derived from ineligible play may be voided.
By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
Each Player may hold exactly one Account on bos010. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. bos010 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed, and any balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. bos010 is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to be authorised by you. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify bos010 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected].
bos010 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence; proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 90 days); and, where relevant, documentation evidencing source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by bos010 may result in your Account being suspended and withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
Important: bos010 will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately.
bos010 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bos010 does not accept payments in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion fees are applied.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. bos010 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bos010 accepts no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification steps.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during peak operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB) and within 30 minutes during off-peak hours, subject to the following conditions:
bos010 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name, and all withdrawals will be returned exclusively to verified accounts held in the Player's name. Payments received from unverified or third-party sources will be refunded and the associated transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bos010 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bos010 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. During the wagering period, Bonus Funds are separate from real-money balance; real-money balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions in Section 4.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Sports betting wagers and live casino games typically contribute 100% of the staked amount toward the requirement. Certain slot titles from specific providers may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–50%). The contribution rates applicable to each game are published on the relevant promotion page.
bos010 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player who is found to be abusing the bonus system. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed primarily to satisfy Wagering Requirements rather than constitute genuine play; using systematic betting patterns to exploit promotion mechanics; coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion; and providing false information to claim a bonus.
Bonus eligibility, expiry dates, and game restrictions vary by promotion. Always read the specific promotion terms before claiming. Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after the offer end date unless stated otherwise.
All bets are accepted at bos010's sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. bos010 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed by Players identified as professional or sharp bettors.
The minimum stake per bet is Rp 1.000. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and Player account status and are displayed at the point of bet placement. bos010 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
Where a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in the published odds or market — including mispriced lines, incorrect team selections, or system errors — bos010 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. Obvious errors include, but are not limited to, odds that are demonstrably incorrect relative to the true market price by a margin of 50% or more. bos010 will notify affected Players by email.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: event abandonment or postponement where the event does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time; force majeure events; obvious pricing errors (as described above); and documented cases of match irregularity under investigation by the relevant sports governing body. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00, and the stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets combine multiple individual selections into a single wager, with the potential return calculated by multiplying the odds of all selections. For a mix parlay bet to stand, a minimum of two legs must be selected. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are settled at 1.00 and the remaining legs stand. A minimum of two valid legs must remain for a mix parlay to pay out at enhanced odds; a single valid remaining leg is settled at the single-leg odds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bos010 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
bos010 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Evidence of criminal activity, including match-fixing or money laundering, will be reported to the relevant Indonesian and international authorities without prior notice to the Player.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos010 excludes all liability for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bos010's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits bos010's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
All content on the bos010 Platform — including but not limited to the bos010 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content, promotional materials, and database structures — is the exclusive property of bos010 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without bos010's prior written consent.
Unauthorised use of bos010's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bos010 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon Account closure.
bos010 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; and regulatory requirements. Where bos010 closes an Account that is not in breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be refunded.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all rights granted to the Player under these Terms cease immediately. Any outstanding bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules and the resulting balance dealt with as described above. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 — shall continue in force.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos010 holds its international licence. bos010 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform; its licence details are available upon request by contacting support.
Players access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of bos010 complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including any laws governing online gambling in Indonesia. bos010 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any Player's breach of their local laws.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and bos010 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by bos010 in accordance with its licensing jurisdiction.
bos010 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an amendment is required urgently by law or regulatory requirement, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Your real-money balance will be refunded in accordance with Section 10.1.
